Job summary

Trusted Health is seeking an experienced travel nurse for a 13-week assignment in Illinois. The role focuses on cardiovascular med/surg care with telemetry, requires an IL license and 12 months of RN experience (3 months within the last year) and 2 years on telemetry.

Nurses may float to multiple units and must complete vaccination and onboarding steps. Shift is 7:00 PM–7:30 AM on nights, with every other weekend and holiday coverage as needed.
