Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital—Alle Kiski in Natrona Heights is seeking a Telemetry Technician/Unit Secretary for a full-time, days schedule (7-7) at the Select Specialty Hospital location. Compensation ranges $18.84–$25.36 per hour with shift differentials for nights and weekends, plus strong benefits and growth opportunities.

You will monitor patient rhythms, respond to alarms promptly, and perform EKG interpretations with RN validation.

Qualifications

• Must complete and pass EKG class for Monitor Techs within 30 days of start date.
• Pass required competencies on education platform.
• LPN/RN training or EKG training preferred as per qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Continuously watching and ensuring appropriate and timely responses to alarms.
• Verifying correct identification of basic rhythms, lethal rhythms and artifact; maintaining EKG monitor alarms.
• Completing EKG interpretations including rate, rhythm, PRI, QRS, QT, ST segment; ensure strip interpretations are validated by RN.
