Job summary

Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is seeking a Monitor Technician to observe and report ECG activity of patients on the telemetry unit under RN supervision. This role serves as a critical communication link for changes in cardiac rhythms.

Job description

The monitor technician, under the supervision and delegation of the Registered Nurse, has the responsibility for monitoring and reporting the ECG activity of patients on the telemetry unit. The position is an important communication link with the RN regarding changes in cardiac rhythms.

Required Qualifications:
  • Coursework/Training Medical terminology course or experience

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
