Responsibilities include telemonitoring patients, managing post-ICU cases, administering meds, and coordinating with families. The role may require night shifts, weekends, and holidays as part of a dynamic travel nursing schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recent experience in telemetry nursing and progressive care settings.
• Valid nursing license as required by the state.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification recommended and may be required.
• Specialty-related certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients using telemetry equipment and respond to vital changes.
• Care for patients recently released from ICU, coordinating with care teams.
• Administer medications and communicate with patients and families.
• Work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
