You will educate patients and families, monitor vitals, and respond to changes in condition with sound clinical judgment, documenting all care per standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing (required).
• BSN or MSN preferred; pursuing acceptable.
• Current RN license required; BLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Monitor and record vital signs, observe changes in patient conditions, and respond promptly with interventions.
• Document care in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
