The role requires ACLS/BCLS within 30 days, RN licensure or active nursing status, and a focus on safety, education, and compassionate care for renal telemetry patients.

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or CPR for Healthcare Providers must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN Diploma or RN licensure required (Graduate Nurse acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift, report changes.
• Administer medications and document care in the medical record.
• Provide responsive, compassionate patient care and address requests promptly.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment plan, medications and follow-up.
