Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs and respond to their care requirements.
• Develop and implement patient care plans and monitor outcomes with the interdisciplinary team.
• Perform nursing interventions including IVs, wound care, medications, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Document patient status and interventions accurately, using IT to support communication and decision-making.
• Promote patient safety and advocate for patient rights and education for patients and families.
