Job summary

Essential functions include data collection, care planning, implementation, delegation, progress evaluation, and collaboration with the care team to ensure quality

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Assess healthcare consumer health data and identify problems.
• Develop and implement care plans.
• Coordinate care delivery and promote a safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Lead within professional nursing practice and uphold evidence-based standards.
