Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center is seeking an Experienced Registered Nurse for Farr 2 Medicine Telemetry on a per diem basis. The unit is a fast-paced 28-bed medical telemetry floor with complex, varied patient populations and collaborative care teams.

The role requires RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and 1-3 years of related experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to provide patient-centered care and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• 1-3 years related work experience required.
• License Registered Nurse required.
• American Heart Association – Basic Life support Certificate required.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct care to patients and makes necessary nursing judgments.
• Coordinates the care of patients and directs assistive personnel to ensure safe, effective care.
• Demonstrates the ability to assess health care needs and formulate a care plan.
• Works with a multi-disciplinary team and communicates effectively with patients and families.
