Job summary

Saint Clare's Health in New Jersey seeks a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry unit, Night shift. You will deliver safe patient care, perform the nursing process, and educate patients and families. The role requires strong assessment, planning, and rapid response to changing conditions. A current RN license and BLS/ACLS are required.

Preferred BSN and RN-BC certification, with opportunities within a growing Prime Healthcare network that values quality care and professional development.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain.
• ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• Ventilator management experience preferred.
• RN-BC or similar certification preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Provide direct patient care within scope of practice and support family teaching.
• Direct and guide nursing staff while maintaining standards of care in Telemetry Unit.
• Communicate with physicians about changes in patient condition and test results.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and treatment.
