Job summary

Saint Clare's Health in New Jersey is seeking an Acute Care Manager, a Registered Nurse responsible for 24-hour administrative oversight of the ICU, Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical Units. You will supervise staff, manage staffing and resources, advance quality initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Collaboration with physicians and nursing leadership is essential to deliver safe, patient-centered care and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• BLS (AHA) on hire and maintain current.
• ACLS (AHA) on hire and maintain current.
• BSN required for all hires after 1/11/2021.
• Minimum of two years supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour administrative oversight of the ICU, Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical Units.
• Lead staffing, productivity, competency, and staff development.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing leadership to ensure safe, high-quality care.
