Job summary

Albert Einstein Medical Center is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to support patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process. You will develop individualized care plans with patients and their designated care partners, addressing physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs while aligning with cultural beliefs and values.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma graduate from an accredited nursing school.
• Patient- and Family-Centered Practice knowledge.
• Cultural Awareness and ability to work with diverse groups.
• Effective communication with patients and families, and team members.
• Knowledge of patient assessment, care planning and discharge processes.
• Active RN license in state of practice (PA).

Responsibilities
