Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Patient- and family-centered care approach and collaboration.
• Cultural awareness and effective communication with diverse patients.
• Strong nursing assessment and care planning abilities.
• Ability to educate patients and care partners on conditions and plan.
• Knowledge of medication administration and patient safety.
• Discharge planning and post-discharge coordination.
• Competence in health information documentation and charting.
• BLS certification; RN licensed in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care during 7p–7a shifts.
• Assess patient status, implement care plans, and monitor outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and meds.
• Collaborate with inter-professional team for safe, effective care.
• Coordinate discharge planning and follow-up needs.
• Document health information accurately and timely.
