Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year as a nurse.
• ACLS preferred at hire or within 90 days of hire.
• EPIC preferred for charting and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Delivers high-quality direct and indirect patient care in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit.
• Assesses and monitors patient condition, communicates changes to the care team.
• Documents assessments, interventions, and responses in the medical record.
• Collaborates with physicians and staff to ensure safe, effective care.
• Upholds patient safety, falls prevention, and medication safety protocols.

Education

RN - Registered Nurse

BLS - Basic Life Saving certification
