1103 Team Member Services is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time day shift in Wesley Chapel, Florida. You will assess patients across multiple domains, create and adjust care plans, administer meds, and educate families while ensuring collaborative, high-quality care.

You will document outcomes, monitor infection control and safety, and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance patient care and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associates of Nursing required
• Bachelor's of Nursing preferred
• Proficiency in nursing care methods and procedures

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental and social factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure clear communication.
• Document patient information and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
• Evaluate care plan effectiveness and adjust to improve outcomes.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
