Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and collaboration with patients/families.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
• Effective communication and appropriate delegation within the care team.
• Knowledge of patient assessment, care planning, and documentation of health information.
• Discharge planning knowledge and arranging post-discharge care.
• Ability to work in nursing and inter-professional teams with respect for patient preferences.
• BLS certification and RN license in PA.

Responsibilities
