Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare Inc. in Colorado seeks a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within a multidisciplinary team.

The RN will coordinate care, delegate tasks, document accurately, and maintain a patient-centered approach in fast-paced hospital settings.

Minimum qualifications include an active RN license; BLS; and for those with less than 12 months' experience a BSN must be completed within four years; compact licensure transfer within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Develop individualized care plans with patient and family involvement.
• Coordinate and delegate care within the plan and manage time and resources.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise plans as needed.
• Promote professionalism, document accurately, and adhere to standards.
