Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Float Pool at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, TX. The position focuses on Med/Surg and Telemetry with opportunities to support float coverage across units.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active RN license, with 1+ year of RN experience and 2+ years in Med Telemetry preferred. Relocation or additional benefits may be discussed during hiring.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• Current RN license or eligible license.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
• 2+ years Med Telemetry in acute hospital setting preferred.
• Float Pool experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Med/Surg and Telemetry units.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver care.
• Support float pool staffing and coverage as needed.
