Job summary

Community Health Systems is seeking a Telemetry RN for the Med Surg/Telemetry unit at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center in Bullhead City, AZ. This full-time, day shift role focuses on patient-centered care, telemetry monitoring, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must possess RN licensure in a state or compact state.
• Experience in acute care nursing is preferred (0–2 years for students, 1+ years for staff).
• Knowledge of telemetry, patient assessment, medication administration, and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process and policies.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately; report changes to care team.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects; document administration.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in CPR and code team activities.
• Document patient care and education thoroughly in the medical record; ensure patient safety and infection control.
