Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical/Telemetry team in Tucson, AZ. The RN will monitor telemetry, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care for adults with acute and chronic conditions.

Opportunities exist PRN, part-time, or full-time, with flexible shifts. A current RN license and BLS are required; ACLS is preferred. Comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms and report changes.
• Administer medications, therapies, and IV treatments safely.
• Document findings in the EMR and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and staff to coordinate care.
