Responsibilities

• Follow ANA Standards for Professional Nurse and Code of Ethics.
• Provide and coordinate nursing care, including medication administration and IV therapy as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on managing illnesses, post-treatment care, and home care needs.
• Mentor and precept new staff and students; participate in professional development activities.
