Responsibilities

• Adherence to identified nursing standards of practice.
• Annually demonstrates competence in critical behaviors for assigned area.
• Promote teamwork and positive working relationships among coworkers.
• IV competency in IV therapy.
• Medication administration competency.
• Plan, direct, implement, and evaluate patient care; supervision of licensed and unlicensed staff as needed.
• Participate in organization-wide Performance Improvement program.
• Demonstrate IRAISE values in all interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager/Director/Clinical Lead RN.
