Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Ventilator management experience preferred.
• Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
• RN-BC or similar certification; preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process in the Telemetry Unit.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the physician including cardiac monitoring results.
• Direct patient/family teaching and supervise nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care.
