Qualifications

• Active RN license with Michigan verification required.
• 2+ years of RN experience required.
• Completion of at least one travel assignment required.
• BLS required.
• ACLS preferred.
• Cerner EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to work 3x12 day shifts and every other weekend.
• Current skills checklist completed within the past year.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, and educational needs using the nursing process.
• Plan and implement nursing care based on patient condition and goals.
• Provide timely interventions and monitor response to treatment and clinical changes.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care.
• Direct, coordinate, and delegate activities to promote safe, efficient workflow.
• Support patient satisfaction, safety initiatives, and professional nursing standards.
• Complete accurate documentation and meet unit quality and compliance.
