Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Telemetry team at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in O’Fallon, IL. The role involves bedside acute care on a Telemetry unit with a 36-hour weekly schedule (full-time, weekend option, day shift).

Licensure in state of practice and BLS are required; a BSN is preferred. Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven caregivers who apply clinical knowledge to coordinate care and support positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
• RN licensure in state of practice required.
• BLS certification required.
• Wisconsin: multi-state RN license allowed under compact rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on acute patient care at the bedside on the Telemetry unit.
• Coordinate and perform nursing care focused on patient safety and outcomes.
• Follow Hospital Sisters Health System policies and procedures while contributing to a collaborative care team.

Education
