Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate health care records and monitors patient conditions.
• Provides patient care coordination with the healthcare team.
• Administers medications and educates patients as directed.
• Supports telemetry and rhythm management and nursing interventions within the device clinic.
• Communicates effectively with patients and team members.
