Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for Medical Telemetry in Overland Park, Kansas. This 13-week contract requires shift coverage from 7A to 7P with at least every third weekend and three shifts weekly.

You will care for a 25-bed telemetry unit, communicate with patients, participate in leadership rounds, and ensure accurate documentation. ACLS/BLS are required, with dysrhythmia recognition and teamwork essential.

Qualifications

• Basic dysrhythmia recognition skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care on a 25-bed Medical Telemetry unit.
• Communicate with patients daily to enhance their experience and explain care.
• Participate in nurse leader rounds to review care quality and safety.
• Maintain documentation compliance for lines, catheters, and infections.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
