Job summary

Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse in Lewiston, ME for Telemetry. This assignment runs 12 weeks with day and night shifts and pay up to $483–$660 gross per shift (about $40.32–$55.06 per hour).

You will deliver safe patient care, monitor cardiac status, educate patients and families, and coordinate with physicians. Requirements include a current RN license, BLS and ACLS, basic arrhythmia interpretation, and at least one year of telemetry experience.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation required upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS certificate required upon hire and maintain current.
• Previous one (1) year of RN Telemetry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe patient care using the nursing process
• Provides direct care within scope of practice
• Guides patient/family education and supports nursing staff
• Maintains accountability for assigned patients
• Communicates patient status, cardiac monitoring, and diagnostics with physicians
• Responds promptly to changes in patient condition
