Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Willimantic, CT. The RN will deliver telemetry patient care, exercise clinical judgment, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

The position requires RN licensure in the state, telemetry experience, CPR (if applicable), and compliance with health and regulatory standards. Weekly pay, 36 hours per week, and full benefits are offered where eligible.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license for the state in which the nurse practices.
• One year Telemetry experience preferred.
• CPR certification if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for telemetry patients and make clinical judgments as needed.
• Coordinate patient care with nursing standards and assist team members as required.

As a professional practitioner, the RN - Telemetry assumesthe responsibility and accountability for delivery of patient care of telemetrypatients. The RN – Telemetrydemonstrates the ability to make clinical judgments in an effective andefficient manner, with supervision. TheRN - Telemetry exhibits critical thinking and performance ability in thecoordination of patient care and consistently performs according to nursingstandards while remaining accountable for providing patient care and assistingothers in the management of patient care.

Minimum Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license for the state in which thenurse practices

• One year experience in Telemetry Preferred

• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
