Job summary

Amergis Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) travel assignment in Plymouth, MA. The RN Telemetry assumes responsibility for delivering patient care to telemetry patients and demonstrates clinical judgment with supervision, coordinating care and maintaining nursing standards.

Minimum requirements include an active RN license in the practicing state, CPR if applicable, and health certifications as required by contract or regulation. Travel setting offers comprehensive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license for the state in which the nurse practices.
• One year experience in Telemetry preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for telemetry patients with appropriate clinical judgments.
• Coordinate patient care with the healthcare team and ensure standards are met.

As a professional practitioner, the RN - Telemetry assumesthe responsibility and accountability for delivery of patient care of telemetrypatients. The RN – Telemetrydemonstrates the ability to make clinical judgments in an effective andefficient manner, with supervision. TheRN - Telemetry exhibits critical thinking and performance ability in thecoordination of patient care and consistently performs according to nursingstandards while remaining accountable for providing patient care and assistingothers in the management of patient care.
