Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an experienced RN for Neuro Telemetry and Med Surg assignments on the night shift. The contract is onsite for 13 weeks with a 12-hour schedule and 3 days per week. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience, be comfortable floating between units, and manage a 1:4 patient ratio.

Charting systems will be used; healthcare setting preference is acute care. The role offers weekly stipends plus base pay, with a total weekly compensation around

Qualifications

• One year of nursing experience required.
• Patient ratio 1:4.
• Charting system required, any system acceptable.
• Trauma Level II experience preferred.
• Weekend shifts required: 6 weekends per 6-week schedule.

Responsibilities

• Float between units as Neuro Tele RN.
• Provide MS/Telemetry and Neuro stepdown care.
• Interpret and respond to telemetry, dysrhythmias, and rapid response needs.
• Manage IV therapy and oxygen delivery as needed.
• Adhere to isolation precautions and PPE requirements.
