Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized plans and coordinate education, referrals, and follow-up as needed.

Qualified candidates will hold an active RN license in the practice state and maintain BLS certification. A BSN is preferred; employees must obtain BSN within four years if not already held.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BLS for healthcare providers.
• BSN preferred; degree verified for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Develop individualized plans of care with patient and family involvement.
• Direct and delegate care to the team and manage time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate patient response and adjust care plan as needed.
• Maintain professional standards, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
