About Baptist Health Louisville:

We have eight telemetry units, each with 21 private rooms, providing intermediate-level care for adult to geriatric patients with various medical diagnoses. Our units offer high-level, fast-paced, patient- and family-centered care. Nurses serve as vital resources, guiding patients and families through all stages of healthcare. Each unit specializes in areas such as bariatrics, neuro spine, dialysis, or cardiac services, fostering a unique culture and opportunities for diverse patient care. We offer various shifts and statuses, including Weekend Only and PRN positions, alongside full- and part-time roles. Benefits are available for positions working at least 24 hours per week, with an accelerated start date. We also provide clinical ladder and preceptor programs to support professional growth and compensation.

The telemetry units are currently offering employment bonuses for experienced nurses, with pay commensurate with experience. New graduate nurses are encouraged to apply.
