Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license or approved multistate license; compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida license after relocation.
• BLS (AHA) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Associate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient's condition during admission and each shift, promptly identifying and reporting changes.
• Administer medications, monitor therapeutic response, and document care in the medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and proactively address needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow-up steps.
