Job summary

Proforma Health Inc in Tallahassee, FL seeks an experienced RN to join our Tele Neuro team. This role monitors neurologic patients via telemetry, assesses data, and delivers compassionate, patient-centered care to support safety and recovery.

You will collaborate with the care team, document findings accurately, and respond quickly to changes in condition with evidence-based interventions. A current RN license and strong critical thinking are essential for success in this full-time on-site
