Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care per hospital policies.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living as directed.
• Respond to patient call lights and requests in a timely manner.
• Collect, document and report patient data and vital signs as directed.
• Transport patients and obtain necessary care equipment as assigned.
• Perform or assist with skills such as vital signs, telemetry leads, glucose testing, and other routine tasks as trained.
• Participate in rounds and communicate with RN/LPN about patient needs and readiness to learn.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean environment and assist with inventory and supplies.
