Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health invites applicants for a Patient Care Technician (PCT) Apprentice pathway. This entry-level program develops clinical skills through hands-on training in a hospital setting, with potential transfer to a full PCT role after completion.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and be committed to learning, teamwork and delivering compassionate patient care. Preferred are phlebotomy and EKG experience, and eligibility for the HMH PCT Apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Completion of one of the listed nursing/PCT programs or HMH PCT Apprenticeship is required or candidate may enter PCT Apprentice track.
• Demonstrated accountability, teamwork, and commitment to ongoing education and patient care.
