Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active CNA certification preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical care to assigned patients and perform basic nursing tasks.
• Follow orders promptly and understand the purpose of each.
• Maintain safety and assist with patient comfort and daily needs.
• Record data in the computer system and communicate observations to the team.
• Participate in staff meetings and maintain competency for BLS.
