Job summary

Texas Health Fort Worth is seeking a Patient Care Tech (PCT) – Telemetry to support the nursing team on the telemetry unit. This full-time role offers days (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM) for 36 hours per week at 1301 Pennsylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76104.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a PCT training program or THR-approved program, BCLS, CPI, and solid communication skills. You will provide patient care, collect data, and assist with admissions, transfers and discharges.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• PCT training program or THR-approved program required.
• BCLS and CPI training required; EMR/clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care and assistance based on the plan of care.
• Collects and reports patient data and supports admission, transfer, and discharge.
• Performs technical procedures safely and documents care accurately.
• Collaborates with nurses to adapt care for diverse populations.
