Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas in Beaumont, TX is seeking an Unlicensed Nursing Assistant - 4N Telemetry shift 7A to join our team. You will provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse and assist with daily living activities.

This role emphasizes safety, accurate record keeping, and compassionate communication. Qualifications include 6 months to 1 year of related experience and BLS certification; unit competencies within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• 6 months - 1 year related experience.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides designated and specified patient care under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Records graphics, intake and output, and ADL's in the computer and flow sheet.
• Communicates effectively with patients and their families.
• Supports sanitation and preparation of equipment used in patient care.
• Assists in monitoring patient conditions and reports observations to the licensed nurse.
