Responsibilities

• Performs designated patient care activities per nurse orders.
• Documents intake/output, vital signs, and activities in the electronic chart.
• Maintains a safe and clean patient environment.
• Notifies licensed nurse of changes in patient condition.
• Communicates with patients and families with empathy.
• Uses and cleans equipment according to guidelines.
