Job summary

Mass General Brigham, at North Shore Medical Center, is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage the nursing process and deliver patient- and family-centered care on the night shift. Onsite location is 81 Highland Avenue, with a 36-hour weekly schedule and rotating shifts.

Required qualifications include current MA RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 3+ years IV/PICC experience; a bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required; bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required
• BLS and or ACLS required
• 3+ years of IV and PICC experience preferred
• Perform this job successfully within the scope of nursing and deliver patient- and family-centered care

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse manages all aspects of the nursing process and the delivery of patient and family centered care
• Requests and uses governing and administrative resources, technological and support systems as needed to manage and deliver quality care
• Coordinates with multidisciplinary clinicians to ensure safe, effective, cost-conscious patient care
