Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transcribes orders accurately in computer systems and updates census/logs.
• Greets and assists patients and staff on the unit; routes calls and requests.
• Maintains patient records, charts, and copies as needed.
• Monitors telemetry equipment and notifies RN/Charge Nurse of changes.
• Keeps unit supplies stocked and organized; assists with clerical duties and collaboration with M.D.s and staff.
