Job summary

Air Combat Effectiveness Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Monitor Technician to interpret cardiac monitors and arrhythmias, and to ensure accurate transcription of orders within the patient care unit. Qualifications

• Completion of Basic Arrhythmia course and pass dysrhythmia test.
• Monitor Technician experience preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support Level C certification.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and timely transcribes all orders from the chart to order entry in Imed including CCU orders and DOU emergency orders.
• Utilizes computer skills for accurate unit census and order entry, and maintains all log books, (i.e. census, telemetry, consults).
