As the heartbeat behind our ECG monitoring operations, you'll be the vigilant watcher—monitoring heart rhythms, catching the smallest blip on the screen, and ensuring our patients are in safe hands. You're the person who sees what others miss, sounding the alarm when it matters most. In other words, you’re the first line of defense for our patients’ hearts! ️
You’ll work side-by-side with our amazing clinical staff—keeping them informed, logging data like a pro, and ensuring that every heart rhythm is accounted for. Your superpower? Spotting arrhythmias before they become emergencies and communicating like a champ!
What You Bring To The Table
High school diploma or GED (because knowledge is power!)
Completion of arrhythmia exam (you know your PVCs from your V-tach!)
Sharp attention to detail—because every beat counts
Clear and confident communication skills
Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced, acute care environment
Bonus Points If You Have
Previous hospital or acute care experience (because experience matters!)
A background in medical monitoring or ECG interpretation
A calm, collected presence—even when alarms go off
