Qualifications

• Active PA RN licensure or eNLC-based multi-state licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Act 34/Act 33/Act 73 FBI background clearances as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status and develop care plans.
• Provide leadership in professional practice.
• Mentor and support team members through role modeling and guidance.
• Delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skill levels.
• Provide verbal and written feedback regarding clinical practice and role performance.
• Participate in interdisciplinary teams to evaluate clinical care or health services.
• Promote patient safety initiatives and participate in department-specific quality initiatives.
• Utilize the nursing process to develop patient care plans according to individual needs.
• Analyze health status and determine patient care needs.
• Continuously evaluate and assess patient and family satisfaction.
