Proforma Health Inc. in Springfield, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate comprehensive nursing care for patients on a 32-bed medical-surgical telemetry unit, supporting pre- and post-surgical care across GI, urology, and ENT cases.

You will perform patient assessments, develop care plans, monitor telemetry, and collaborate with physicians and allied staff to ensure safety, privacy, and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing.
• Competence in medical-surgical and telemetry care.
• Strong clinical assessment and monitoring abilities.

Responsabilités

• Perform patient assessments and develop/implement nursing care plans.
• Monitor patients using telemetry and report clinical changes.
• Deliver surgical support and post-operative nursing interventions.
