Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor patient care with the nursing staff and other health care professionals.
• Ensure effective use of resources, maintain standards of care, and meet outcomes within an appropriate length of stay.
• Justify and document care variations based on patients' individual needs.
• Assist with management needs of the Nursing Unit.
