nou Systems, Inc. (nSI) in Huntsville, Alabama seeks a Telemetry Engineer to join the Engineering Services Division. You will support Missile Defense Agency programs, develop target vehicles, and perform trajectory validation and analysis during flight tests.

Expect hands-on telemetry configuration, data processing, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience and an active DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Proficiency with MATLAB, Python, Java, C#, and other programming languages.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience supporting telemetry systems and data processing.
• Experience in Design, CAD, Trajectory, RCS Signatures, Optical Signatures.

Responsibilities

• Develop ballistic missile target vehicles and support TC program office.
• Support system engineering in design, analysis, and test; include requirements development and assessment, modeling and simulation, test analysis and reporting.
• Utilize missile characteristics knowledge for data product development.
• Focus on vehicle telemetry and mission analysis.
• Configure and operate telemetry data acquisition equipment during test events.
• Generate target vehicle visualizations, situational displays, and reports/briefings.
• Support mission planning, analysis, and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop analysis and engineering tools.
