Job summary

Qualifications

• California CNA license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality basic care activities under RN direction.
• Report findings to LVN or RN with ongoing patient care updates.
• Assist with bathing, oral care, positioning, and ambulation.
• Respond to safety concerns and maintain patient safety.
• Demonstrate ability to handle emergency situations per procedures.
• Follow chain of command for patient care issues.
• Respect patient privacy and dignity in care activities.
• Document and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
